Sunlit Sunday

Today is the penultimate Sunlit Sunday for this year.  I cannot believe that we are nearly at the end of the first quarter of the year.  It has flown by so quickly.  I will do a pre written post next Sunday as it will be Easter Sunday but I will still want to join in for the last Sunlit Sunday of this year.

Thank you so much for hosting Karen, we Sunliters really do appreciate it!!

The weather here today is grey and overcast looking, dry though.  We have had sunshine this week which I shared with you already in another post so today I am looking back at a sunlit evening from a holiday we took in the Peak District.

Just some sunny photos for me to share and you to enjoy.

I hope that you will have a sunlit day in your life, week and the rest of the year too!  I hope that - in case you don't read blogs next week - you have a Sunlit Easter as well!!  The start of spring, new good things to come and joy brought to us all I hope.

Joining with Karen at My Little Home and Garden for Sunlit Sunday.  Thank you for hosting!

Amy

  4. Your first photo is really lovely. It's sunny here today, I'm making the most of it, I've got the beds stripped, washed the bedding and hung it on the line, I'm sure it'll dry.

  16. Lovely photos Amy. I love the Peak District too. Here the sun has just come out so after a very late lunch which followed our AGM at the allotment, a short walk and a food shop I'm going out into the garden to empty a compost bin and spread it around. Tomorrow we will be marking my late mother-in-law's birthday. She was born on the 21st March 1921 so the first day of Spring is extra special here.

  22. Most of the day has been chilly here. We did get a little unexpected sunshine mid afternoon but we weren't in such a pretty place as your photographs, Amy! You caught the sun so sweetly, I almost felt I was there! So glad Spring is here.
