Five on Friday

Today is the fourth week that I am joining with fellow bloggers to share Five on Friday posts.  A different group of bloggers will be sharing posts each week and you can see at the bottom of this post who else is joining in this week.  Please do go and visit their first Five on Friday posts and leave them a comment.  There is a list of who else has been joining in over the previous weeks on the About Five on Friday page, you can find the link to at the top of my sidebar.

I am really excited about this venture, although I never expected that so many bloggers would want to join in.  So if you would like to join in, please drop me an e-mail and I will get back to you.

Thank you everyone for dropping in and joining in these posts and especially to those taking part today as it was only Christmas yesterday after all!

For this week's Five, I thought that I would look back on Five great things from the last year!

Starting at number one we have my visit to Orchard House!  In terms of visits this was definitely my top for the year.

Number two was completing my No Two The Same Blanket.  I still love it and have enjoyed snuggling under it so very much.  I am definitely in love with my blankets!

Number three has to be the changes to the garden that my dear hubby made.  He worked so very hard on this and next year it will be lovely to sit back and enjoy it

For about 30 seconds until we leap up and start doing more!

Number four is all my various garlands and buntings for the mantel.  I loved making them and following the year through with them.

Last, but by no means least, number Five.  Blogging.

My little space here has grown so much in the last year.  The number of readers and followers, the amount of posts and the joy that I have taken from it.  My growing confidence in my posts and my crafting abilities.  Of course the main joy is you all!  Thank you so very much!!  I hope that we will keep going together again next year as after all there is no point in me doing it without you, so I am very very glad to have you all along and to get your feedback and to read your lovely blogs too of course.

I hope that you will all have a wonderful New Year and that your Christmas Day yesterday was a wonderful one too.  I don't know where 2015 will take us all, but let us hope that it is only to the very best and nicest of places.

I am taking a little break now for the rest of the year so I will see you again in 2015.  Happy New Year one and all!!

I am joining in Five on Friday, taking five minutes from our day to enjoy five things.  Please go and visit the other people who are also blogging about Five on Friday this week.

  46. Wonderful, Amy! I especially love your bunting. I've wanted to do bunting and crocheted decorations for twig trees that I will change on a monthly basis. Perhaps this will be my year to accomplish that. :) Your blanket is lovely and the garden very pretty. We all need green spaces to rejuvenate. Wishing you a blessed new year. Tammy
