A friend e-mailed me and asked if I was enjoying sitting watching TV and sucking grapes (presumably not sour ones!). I replied that I was still waiting for the grape peeler to arrive - any takers for this this position?
We went away - did you notice, ha ha!! - so I got organised for that. I really actually was organised and sorted out for going away - for once. Then we came back and it has all gone downhill since then.
Last week was a blur of sorting photos and posting them, laundry, back to Basildon Park, having hubby home for two days - disaster, I cannot do anything when he is around - and other family dramas to deal with. So today I thought I really must get down to it and do some work and get sorted out!
The solution - fire off a whole bunch of e-mails to all the people that I should have replied to asking them all questions! It is one way to postpone having to do things. I have a feeling that I am on a lot of peoples naughty lists now though for throwing it all back to them. It gives me some breathing space though and at least they know that I have
Now that I have all this "free time" I am supposed to be able to get lots done. Yeah, right. Does anyone else find that the stuff that needs doing just fills the time, no matter how much time you have available. So, I am going to make a list, some nice things, some work, some general "stuff". We can see how far I actually get with this! I will post the list in my sidebar, so you can see
